As IKEA's advisors on Capital Allowances and Land Remediation Relief, we have developed and implemented a bespoke tax assessment system that is used throughout IKEA's store expansion and improvement programme , as well as within their distribution centre network. The model, agreed through negotiation with Her Majesty's Revenue & Customs is used to analyse more than £100 million of development work annually across the UK.

New Store – Southampton
Another city centre project for IKEA, and another highly complex one balancing the needs for access, car parking and the immense size of IKEA’s store on a restrictive and demanding site.
Kapital Property (Consulting) are appointed to provide the detailed analysis of the new development, and are anticipating combined ‘Plant & Machinery' and Enhanced Capital Allowances (ECA's) to be in the tens of millions.

Lazarus Property Group's new £12m 140 bed Premier Inn hotel development was completed and open for business in August 2009.
